Ask for both the g/m2 figure and a fabric swatch; together they tell you more than a thread-count number alone.

Sewing from in-stock white fabric typically starts around 100-300 sets, depending on the factory. Custom-dyed fabric or woven logos raise the minimum to roughly 500-1,000 sets.
