Work surfaces and sinks are typically made from food-grade austenitic stainless, with structural parts sometimes in more economical grades. Reputable fabricators state the steel grade and sheet thickness in the specification, so ask for it in the quotation and compare like for like between offers.
•Can we order a complete fit-out for a new restaurant from one supplier?
Often yes, and where one factory cannot cover everything, the marketplace request can be split between a seating factory and a stainless fabricator with consolidated shipping. Sending your floor plan, seat count and kitchen layout produces far better quotes than requesting individual items.
•How resistant is the upholstery to commercial use?
Contract seating is normally upholstered in heavy-duty fabrics or eco-leather selected for abrasion resistance and wipe-down cleaning. Specify your environment, smoking terrace, family dining, nightclub, and the factory will recommend an appropriate upholstery grade. Foam densities for commercial use are higher than household equivalents.
•What is the typical lead time for a 100-seat venue order?
Plan for 30-45 days of production for a mixed order of seating, tables and custom stainless, plus shipping, one to two weeks overland to Central Asia or four to six weeks by sea to the Gulf and Africa. In-stock catalogue items can dispatch faster if your opening date is tight.
•Do serving lines and trolleys match international gastronorm sizes?
Yes, Russian foodservice equipment is built around GN container modules, the same system used worldwide, so serving lines, racks and trolleys accept standard GN 1/1 and fractional pans you can buy locally. Confirm pan depth compatibility in the order specification.
