•How does a modular cold room arrive and who assembles it?
A cold room ships as a flat-packed kit: insulated panels with cam-lock joints, a door panel, and a monoblock or split refrigeration unit, plus assembly drawings. A local crew of two or three assembles a typical room in one to three days; commissioning needs a refrigeration technician for the cooling unit.
•What voltage and power stability do the units require?
Small cabinets run on 220 V single phase, larger units and cold room machinery on 380 V three phase, all 50 Hz. Russian equipment is generally tolerant of grid fluctuation, but for areas with severe drops manufacturers recommend stabilisers, and they will state acceptable voltage windows in the documentation.
•What warranty applies and how are compressor failures handled abroad?
Typical warranty is 12 months, with compressors and controllers as standardised replaceable parts. For export, factories resolve failures by shipping replacement components by courier rather than site visits, so local refrigeration services handle the swap.
