Covered universal wagon. It is designed for carriage of piece, tare-unit, packaged and bulk cargoes (according to the "List of cargoes that can be transported by rail in bulk and in bulk") requiring protection from atmospheric effects on the railways of the 1520 mm gauge of the Commonwealth, Georgia, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Estonia. The wagon consists of the following components: two biaxial bogies 18-9855, type 3 GOST 9246-2013, equipped with a device for withdrawing the pads from the wheels when the brake is released; all-metal body, including a frame with a floor deck, two side walls, two end walls and a roof; two auto coupling devices; braking equipment (pneumatic automatic and parking brakes); hatches in side walls and roof, with non-removable ventilation grilles of side loading hatches; devices for securing loads inside the wagon; sliding doors, with devices, except for the pneumatic automatic and parking brakes...
