One of the biggest problems in working with beginners is performing jumps on the bollard. They usually have a very big fear of getting injured while performing the exercise. Experienced athletes are also reluctant to set their max limits on higher boxes for the same reason. And if an athlete performs a jump without fear, the chances of injury increase even more.
Safe plyometric boxes solve this problem. They are firm enough to perform plyometric exercises, but soft enough that you won't hurt your shins if you miss. You can adjust the height of the box so athletes can either work at a set height or increase to a personal record.
The safety plyo boxes include 60cm, 50cm, 30cm and 15cm high boxes. They are placed on top of each other and secured with special flaps so that they do not fall apart during training. The cover of each plyobox has its own individual colour.
