Non-Volatile Memory Module MPE-12 — RPKB OJSC

The non-volatile memory module MPE-12 (hereinafter referred to as the module) is designed for recording, reading and storing data. Data exchange is carried out via the standard bus SATA 3.0. On the bus the module acts only as a slave.
In accordance with the Serial ATA Revision 3.3 specification, the minimum addressable data block transferred over the SATA interface is 512 bytes (sector).
