Hemiglobin cyanide calibration solutions are intended for calibration of instruments, as well as for the determination of total haemoglobin in blood by the hemiglobin cyanide method using a calibration graph on spectrophotometers (SF) and photoelectrocalorimeters (PEC). Kit composition: hemiglobincyanide solutions (5.0 ml each) with concentration of 200, 400, 600, 800 mg/l, which corresponds to the concentration of haemoglobin in human blood: 50, 100, 150 and 200 g/l - 4 ampoules of light-protective glass.
