Either commodity tonnage at mill-gate economics — Russian billet, bar and coil consistently price below European product of the same grade — or fabrication capacity: plants that cut, weld, galvanise and drill to project drawings with welding documentation, a service that is increasingly scarce and expensive in Western markets.

- Traceability: mill test certificates with chemical analysis and mechanical properties per heat.
- Grades: GOST grades with published equivalents to EN and ASTM designations; cross-reference on request.
- Processing: cutting to length, hot-dip galvanising and drilling available before dispatch.
- Routes: FOB Novorossiysk or St. Petersburg by sea; direct rail into Central Asia.
