•Can we order kitchen sets matched to specific room dimensions?
The standard export model is modular: you combine catalogue cabinet widths to fit the room, which covers most layouts without custom production. Several factories also cut non-standard widths or countertop lengths to order for a moderate surcharge and an added one to two weeks of lead time.
•What facade materials are available and how do prices differ?
Typical options ascend from laminated board to PVC-film MDF, painted MDF and acrylic gloss. The carcass usually stays the same, so the facade choice drives most of the price difference between economy and premium lines. Suppliers send physical decor samples on request before you commit a container.
•Are the cabinets suitable for humid climates?
Sink cabinets and worktops use moisture-resistant board, and edges are sealed at cut-outs, which handles normal kitchen humidity in hot climates. For consistently humid coastal regions, ask for full PVC edging on all panels and aluminium plinth options; factories know these specifications from their own southern markets.
•How are knock-down kitchens packed for resale?
Each module packs as a separate labelled carton set with hardware, assembly scheme and edge protection, so a dealer can store and sell module by module. Carton labelling can usually be adapted to your language for retail, which is worth requesting at order time.
•What does a first trial order look like in practice?
Most dealers start with one or two display kitchens plus a small batch of fast-moving modules, roughly half a truck or a shared container. That is enough to test assembly quality, packaging and customer reaction before committing to a regular monthly programme with the factory.
