Часто задаваемые вопросы
•Can a factory sew a custom mascot from our artwork?
Yes, this is a common request. You send drawings or reference photos, the factory develops a pattern and sews a pre-production sample for approval, usually within two to three weeks. Custom mascots normally start from a few hundred pieces per design, since pattern development and fabric cutting setups have fixed costs.
•How durable are soft play modules in daily institutional use?
They are designed exactly for that environment. Covers are made of dense PVC leather that withstands daily wiping with disinfectants, seams are double-stitched, and foam cores hold shape under constant climbing. Russian kindergartens typically run such modules for five years and more, which is the benchmark manufacturers build to.
•What safety testing do plush toys undergo?
All toys must pass EAEU toy safety regulation testing before sale: mechanical safety, flammability, and chemical migration from fabrics, dyes and filling. Suppliers provide the EAC certificate and laboratory protocols. For hospital or nursery procurement, hygiene-related reports can usually be supplied as a separate document set.
•Are toys washable, and does washing survive export climates?
Most plush items are machine-washable at 30 degrees, and manufacturers can confirm colorfastness per item. PVC-leather soft modules are wipe-clean only. In humid coastal climates, storage in ventilated rooms is advised; the polyester filling itself does not absorb moisture the way natural fillers do.
•What is the typical minimum order and how is it packed?
For catalog plush, minimums often start from one carton per design, around 20 to 60 pieces depending on size. Vacuum compression is offered by most factories and substantially reduces freight cost; toys recover their shape after unpacking. Soft module sets ship in protective film, boxed per set.
