Maximum scope of modernization: additional to the average option, worn elements of the low-pressure flow part are replaced, improving reliability

Description

Kit for technical re-equipment of steam turbine T-100/120-130-2 is designed for its modernisation with replacement of high-temperature units and parts that have exhausted their resource. Composition of the Kit: a new CVD complete, CVD stator flange and rotor with highly efficient blade profiles and developed overband seals, CVD seals (front, rear and diaphragm seals), Front Bearing Block complete, including. support liner, GMN and servo-motor VD, complete with foundation frame, support liner, control valves, stop valve block, VDC camshaft distributor, turbine cladding, set of pipelines for installation of the supplied equipment, as well as diaphragms of the 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd stages of DDC, ND servomotor, regulating diaphragms of the 24th and 26th stages of DDC, sets of working blades of the 24th and 26th stages of DDC to replace the corresponding units and parts of SD and ND having a high degree of wear
