Generators piezoelectric thermocompensated GK176-TK are supplied for frequencies from 5 to 52 MHz and are characterised by low temperature instability - up to +/-0,1E-6. The operating temperature interval (RTI) is from -55 to +85 deg.

Available supply voltages are 2.8V; 3.0V; 3.3V. Two standard package types are also available with dimensions of 7.0x5.0 mm and 5.0x3.2 mm.
