The angle of inclination of the spiral coils eliminates technical difficulties when introducing the structure through the perforation hole of the cortical layer of the diaphysis.
The distal coil of the spiral is made with a pointed end part that allows easy penetration into the cancellous head of the bone.
Due to the fact that the design has elasticity, extensibility and angular stability, after passing through the medullary canal the coils take their original shape and are securely fixed in the spongy substance of the cancellous bone head according to the principle of "corkscrew plug".
The design features of the fixator and simple osteosynthesis technique exclude the damage of neurovascular formations, rotator cuff of the shoulder, implant migration.
