Automation of the unit allows remote control of the complete incubation process.The incubator body is made of sandwich panels 45 mm thick. Thermal insulation material of the panels is extruded polystyrene foam.
The outer layers are PVC plastic. The enclosure frame is made of high quality stainless steel.
Stimulus IP-8M1 (preliminary) is completed with: 2 preliminary trolleys, on which the drive of tray rotation is located; cooling radiators; humidification system. The trolleys are equipped with trays, depending on the type of incubated eggs.
Preliminary trolley for eggs is completed with chicken trays. It has 16 tiers of 2 sections, 32 cassettes in total.
One cassette includes 2 chicken trays of 63 eggs.
