Industrial Cooking Boiler KVК with 5.5m³ Working Volume — KOROLAN LLC

This technological equipment is designed for industrial application for processing of animal products, boen waste, carrion and other resources requiring high-temperature treatment, for technological purposes for the production of feed components (bone, meat and bone, feather, blood meal, etc.).
KVK-5,5M is designed and manufactured as a replacement of morally and technologically obsolete horizontal vacuum boiler KVK-4,6M and has the following unique technical solutions, allowing to effectively implement the technological objectives of the enterprise, compliance with environmental standards, reducing production costs:
- for the first time in Russia the technology of heated shaft is applied in the design;
- the evaporation surface is significantly increased during drying of raw materials;
