Workout of the broadest muscles of the back is carried out sitting down, the body should be fixed with a support cushion and rollers. Next, the athlete should pull the platform downwards while holding the handles.
The shoulder blades should be brought to a stop. The Profijim trainer does not harm the joints due to the natural trajectory of the levers.
Regular sports pancakes are used as a load. It is not possible to train two athletes at the same time.
