Transformer 1TRE.071.1 U1 is designed for galvanic isolation of 110 V control circuits from the earthed auxiliary winding of the main transformer. The transformer consists of 1) U-shaped magnetic core, which is made of individual rectangular plates and is arranged horizontally, 2) each rod of the magnetic core has a coil.
The coils are 2 pcs. - frameless, multilayer.
Primary and secondary windings consist of 2 sections located in different coils. The primary winding section is wound first, and then the secondary winding section.
The magnetoconductor with the coils is suspended on the studs of the tank lid. Leads are mounted on the lid.
The coil leads are covered by a box providing dust and splash protection of the lead terminals. The transformer is placed in a tank with transformer oil GOST 982-80.
The tank has brackets for suspension under the wagon. The tank has a filler pipe on the side, to the plug of which is attached a dipstick for level control.
