Number of working discs - 6 pcs. Cutting vegetables 200-350 kg/hour, mashed potatoes rubbing 600 kg/hour.
VM - mechanism for whipping and mixing. Whipping of confectionery mixtures; kneading of liquid dough; whipping of mashed potatoes, mousse and sambuca; mixing of minced meat and cottage cheese.
The volume of the tank is 25 litres.
