The cushions for the duo 850 work stand are one of the main elements of the stand and are designed for precise positioning of the rolls (not included in the scope of delivery) and transmission of vertical and horizontal rolling forces.
The pads are cast housing parts with four-row rolling bearings installed in them. Individual cushions have structural protrusions for fixing the upper and lower rolls in axial direction.
On the sides, the bearings are closed by end caps and spacer rings, forming a labyrinth sealing system between them
