The DIC551 universal carrier board of analogue and digital I/O modules is designed to operate on the CompactPCI® Serial bus. The module is created by mezzanine technology using a carrier module and a set of mezzanines (MIC1002-02, MIC1003-0X, MIC1004-0X, MIC1007-01, MIC1010-01, MIC1011-0X, MIC1012-0X).

The functionality of the module is determined by the installed mezzanines. The module is designed for use in real-time control systems, production control, data acquisition, etc.

The mezzanine carrier (module) is made in CompactPCI® Serial 4HP 3U PCIe x1 for DIC551 and CompactPCI® Serial 5HP 4U PCIe x1 for DIC551RC. The module provides accommodation in euromechanical and conductively cooled designs (PICMG CPCI-S.0 R1.0 Section 3).

It allows up to two mezzanine boards to be mounted on itself and provides the possibility of rear or front output of signals from the mezzanine according to the version. The mezzanine board is a functionally complete...
