The electric induction cooker PEI-2 island, belongs to the trade mark "New Energy". It is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in specially designed for induction cookers functional containers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises.
Island version. It has 2 burners with a total power consumption of 7 kW.
Permissible maximum distributed load on the burner is 40kg. Useful diameter of the cookware is not less than 12 cm and not more than 26 cm.
Boiling time for 1 litre of water is approximately 2 minutes. The hob is equipped with height-adjustable supports.
