The solid-state switching device is a general-purpose, high-voltage, high-frequency, digitally controlled gate transistor. The devices are intended for use as a switch in high-voltage electrical circuits, both for generating ultra-short high-frequency pulses and for supplying a constant voltage to the load at the required time.
