With high performance, the bread slicer cuts bread in perfectly even slices without breaking or crumbling, thanks to the special shape of the knife.
The machine is suitable for different types of bread (soft, daily bread). The knife has a sickle shape, wave-shaped cutting edge, special sharpening; made of special hardened stainless steel.
