This is a core design requirement in the home market. Drivers typically accept wide input ranges and fixtures for street use are offered with built-in surge protection of 4–10 kV. •What warranty applies and how are failures handled at distance?
Street and industrial lines typically carry 3–5 year warranties, written into the contract. Practical handling: failed units are diagnosed by photo and serial number, and replacements or repair components ship with the next order.
