•Can configurations be customised for a tender we are bidding?
Yes — build-to-order is the standard model. Send the tender's minimum specifications (CPU class, RAM, storage, ports, monitor size) and the integrator returns a compliant configuration with a datasheet you can submit in your bid. Industrial units use fanless or filtered cooling, wider operating temperature ranges, dust and vibration protection and long-availability components, which suits factory floors, transport sites and hot climates. Assembly of a configured batch usually takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on component availability, plus delivery. Air freight makes sense for compact mini-PC or thin-client fleets; desktop and monitor fleets travel by truck to Central Asia or by sea to other regions, adding two to six weeks.
