Designed for operation as a mobile (transportable) receiving and transmitting complex providing reception of information in L, X-bands from Earth remote sensing spacecrafts, processing and storage of information, with subsequent retransmission of this information in Ku-band via a repeater satellite. The components of the MPPK are placed outdoors in two standard 20-foot sea containers connected by cables.
MPPK operates under the supply voltage from the industrial power grid 380/220 V 50 Hz.
MPPK is a universal complex, it can be located on minimal space with a wide range of solutions for technical tasks on reception, processing, transmission, storage, decoding, registration, reproduction of registered information, crypto-protection of received information from both domestic and foreign satellites. It provides information exchange between ETRIS RS centres via the "Luch" ICSR.
