Intellectual video recorders "GROM-1" (hereinafter - devices) are designed to measure current navigation parameters by signals of navigation spacecrafts of global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) GLONASS, GPS, to determine on their basis the location coordinates in the WGS-84 coordinate system and to synchronise the internal time scale of devices with the national coordinated time scale UTC(SU).
Video fixers provide automatic photo-video fixation of passing vehicles, automatic recognition of GRZ and categories of vehicles by video image. This information in a protected form, together with data on the time and place of installation is transmitted to external devices (centralised server, computer or communication equipment) for further processing and storage.
Structurally, the devices consist of a monoblock measuring unit (video fixer), mounting bracket, infrared spotlight (optional) and battery box (optional).
