The single module clamping device is used for fast, precise positioning and clamping of the tooling or workpiece. The device consists of one functional clamping module, a base element in the form of a plate, locking pins, air quick couplings and a key.
The clamping force of the workpiece to be clamped in each functional module is 12000 N. Clamping force of the workpiece to be clamped in the function module with Turbo function 30000 N.
Repeatability of the position of the workpiece to be clamped in the positioning device with an accuracy of at least 0.005 mm. The diameter of the device is 190 mm.
Overall height of the device 64 mm.
