•What does 'Other home furniture' include?
Niche bedroom and living-room items not fitting standard categories: ottomans and footstools, vanity tables (dressing tables with mirror), bench seats for the foot of the bed, jewelry cabinets, full-length mirror cabinets, shoe benches, magazine racks, decorative trunks, room dividers/screens, kids' loft beds with desk underneath.
•MOQ for niche home furniture items?
MOQ varies by SKU: 30 units for small items (ottomans, footstools, magazine racks), 50 units for mid-size (vanity tables, benches), 100 units for kids' loft beds (more material). For project orders (hotels, residential developments) we accept framework contracts from 200 units across mixed SKUs.
•Can you supply matching pieces for an existing bedroom set?
Yes. If you order beds/wardrobes/chests in any of our 30+ existing series, we can produce matching ottomans, vanity tables, benches in the same decor and trim. Lead time 35-45 days. Sample swatches sent free for color verification. Custom dimensions ±10% no surcharge.
•Materials and finishes?
Body: chipboard E1 / MDF / solid birch or oak. Upholstery (for ottomans/benches): woven polyester (200+ colors), velour, faux leather, genuine leather. Mirrors: 4-5 mm silvered glass with safety film. Trunks/decorative boxes: solid birch + brass/iron hardware. Vanity tables: lacquered MDF top + chipboard body.
•Certifications?
Particleboard E1 (EN 717-1, ≤0.124 mg/m³). CARB Phase 2 for US on request. EU EN 14749 (storage stability), EN 1728 (seating strength for ottomans/benches), EN 14072 (glass on furniture for vanity mirrors). Kids' items — EN 71 (toy safety) on request, US ASTM F963 (kids' loft bed compliance).
•Container loading for mixed niche items?
KD flat-pack standard. 40HQ typical loads: 200-300 ottomans, 80-120 vanity tables, 100-150 benches, 60-90 kids' loft beds. We optimize SKU mix to fill 67-68 m³. Common shipment — mixed container 30-40% niche items + 60-70% main bedroom set (bed/wardrobe/chest).
•Lead times and FOB ports?
30-45 days production for stocked decors, 50-60 days for OEM custom finish. FOB St. Petersburg / Novorossiysk / Vladivostok. Niche items typically ride with main bedroom-set order to optimize shipping cost — separate shipments rarely make economic sense below USD 20,000 order value.
•OEM/private-label options?
Full OEM from 50-100 units: custom dimensions, your fabric/leather, custom design (we send 3D rendering for approval), your logo, custom carton. Common OEM requests: branded ottomans for boutique hotels, custom vanity tables for spa/wellness brands, themed kids' loft beds for hospitality.
•Payment terms for mixed niche orders?
TT 30/70 standard, LC at sight for orders > USD 30,000. As part of larger bedroom-set order, unified payment terms apply. For smaller niche-only orders (USD 5-15K) we may require 50% deposit due to higher OEM customization ratio.
