Complex induction technological KIT for soldering is designed for:
- automatic soldering of pipeline elements from steel and titanium alloys with a diameter of 6 to 50 mm with a wall thickness of 1-2 mm, while the duration of the soldering process is 30-90 seconds with heating to a given temperature, the maximum heating temperature of 1400°C, soldering of pipelines can be carried out in stationary and installation conditions, and is particularly effective where the use of open flame is fundamentally inadmissible, which allows the use of this equipment in engine building and aircraft construction;
- soldering of parts with high-temperature solders;
- restoration of cutting tools by soldering carbide plates;
- hardening and restoration of metal surfaces by applying wear-resistant powder coatings.
The complex can be used in technological processes of machine-building and transport enterprises, in the tool industry.
