NOR Flash memory chip with the possibility of use as a memory element in compact devices with power consumption limitations. The chip provides the ability to write and store up to 2 Mbytes of data in pages of 256 bytes, with a number of P/E cycles (write, erase) not less than 100 thousand, support for Standard SPI and high-speed Dual/Quad SPI modes with data transfer rates up to 50 Mbytes/second.
