Positioning harness - a component of a workplace positioning system used to connect the lap belt of a harness to an anchor point or structure, encompassing it, as a means of support. It may be used as a restraint sling to restrict the user's movements (to prevent the user from entering an area where there is a risk of falling from height).
The sling is equipped with a special mechanism for adjusting the length, which can be done with one hand, and with a special tread that protects the textile part from fraying and cutting the rope in case of a breakdown. The sling can be used during electro-gas-welding and other works related to fire.
