•Do measuring instruments come with calibration suitable for accreditation?
Instruments ship with factory calibration protocols, and metrologically traceable calibration certificates can be arranged before dispatch for laboratories working under accreditation schemes. Discuss your accreditation body's traceability requirements at order stage so the documentation chain is correct from the start.
•What export formalities apply to radio transmitting equipment?
Transmitting equipment may require permits on both sides: export review in Russia for certain categories, and type approval or import licensing from your national telecom regulator. Suppliers handle the Russian side and provide full technical dossiers for yours. Build several extra weeks into first-shipment planning.
•What does after-sales support look like for built-to-order RF equipment?
Design bureaus support their own products directly — typically remote diagnostics, repair at the factory, and spare modules by courier. Warranty periods of 12 to 24 months are usual. For base stations and broadcast installations, supervised commissioning and operator training can be contracted as part of the delivery.
