Suppliers usually state carton dimensions and pieces per carton in their offers, which lets you calculate cost per unit landed. •What lead times should an importer plan for?
Stock items often ship within 7 to 14 days. Production orders in custom colors typically take 20 to 40 days depending on season; spring is peak time as factories build stock for summer. Add sea transit of roughly 25 to 45 days to the Gulf or East Africa depending on routing.
