Perforator is designed to depressurise PET bottles and other plastic sealed containers by piercing. The perforator has two positions.
In the working position the support is inside the tunnel where the fraction is fed. In the non-working position, the support moves out of the tunnel along the guides.
The work of the perforator is based on the passage of the container fed into the upper part of the loading window or loading hopper (if available), passes through the gap between the 2 rows of drums rotating towards each other, while the barbed-cutting elements located on the drums, pierce and/or cut the surface of the material, making it not tight. The PR2 perforator is high performance, low power consumption and easy to maintain
