The electric induction cooker PEI-6 (700) D refers to the trade mark "Dominator". It is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in specially designed for induction cookers functional containers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises.
It has 6 burners, with a total power consumption of 18 kW. Permissible maximum distributed load on the burner is 40kg.
Useful diameter of dishes is not less than 12 and not more than 26 cm.
