Ship dry spark arrestors are used on ships of all types and purposes and are installed on gas exhaust ducts of diesel engines and chimneys of boiler units with artificial draught.
Aerodynamic resistance of dry spark arresters:
-diesel - not more than 1000 Pa;
- boiler units with artificial draught - not more than 600 Pa.
Material of main parts is steel.
At the customer's request spark arresters can be equipped with support legs. Support legs can be installed on the spark arrestor body during its manufacture or supplied separately for installation on site during installation on the vessel.
The dimensions of the legs and their mounting locations are agreed with the customer on an individual basis.
At the customer's request spark arresters can be equipped with a spigot for connection of carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system
Spark arrestors are manufactured under technical supervision of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping and the Russian Classification Society.
