Hanging back trainer on the Swedish wall is designed to strengthen the back muscles and prevent diseases of the spine. Back trainer can be used in two positions: vertically - hanging on the gymnastic wall, as well as horizontally - installed on the floor.
The sides of the back trainer are made of birch plywood 18 mm thick. The sidewalls have special grooves for fixing on the wall.
The crossbars with a diameter of 35 mm are made of hard wood. All parts of the simulator are carefully sanded and coated with water-based varnish.
