The complex is designed for:
- Measuring the instantaneous speed of vehicles (hereinafter referred to as TC) in the control zone in automatic mode;
- Measurement of the average speed of vehicles on the controlled road section in automatic mode;
- Fixation of violations of the rules and requirements of the articles of the Administrative Offences Code: 12.9 ?. 1-7; 12.12 ?. 2; 12.12 ?. 1; 12.15 ?. 1; 12.15 ?. 1.1; 12.15 ?. 2; 12.15 ?. 3; 12.15 ?. 4; 12.19 ?. 1-6; 12.18; 12.4 ?. 1-3; 12.20; 12.6; 12.11 par. 1,2; 12.13 par. 1,2; 12.14 ?. 1-3; 12.17 ?. 1-2; 12.28 part 1,2; 12.11 part 3; 12.16 part. 1,3; 12.16 ?. 2; 12.16 ?. 4,5; 12.16 ?. 6, 7; 12.10 ?. 1-3; 11.26; 12.21.1 ?. 1-10; 8.14;
- Determination of the current time synchronised with the national time scale of the Russian Federation UTC(SU);
- Determination of the location of "Hardware-software complex "SADKO 20"".
It is used to detect violations of traffic rules, in pursuance of paragraph 3 of Article 1 102-FZ of the Russian Federation from 26 June 2008. .
