The IgE-ELISA reagent kit is designed for the quantitative determination of total immunoglobulin E (IgE) in human serum by solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The indicator of the level of total IgE is used in the practice of clinical diagnostic laboratories as a diagnostic test and is important: -in the differential diagnosis of a number of diseases of atopic nature (rhinitis, bronchial asthma, eczema, urticaria, gastrointestinal symptoms in children, bronchopulmonary aspergillosis); -in the diagnosis and treatment of parasitic invasions, fungal, bacterial, viral infections, immunodeficiency states; -in the determination of hereditary predisposition to the development of allergies in order to predict allergies in newborns and to carry out appropriate preventive measures.
