The double offset adapter is used in lower limb prostheses and serves to connect modules having an outer spherical support surface and a pyramid and adapters having an inner spherical support surface and M8 set screws. In this adapter the support surfaces are offset by 11 mm. Material: corrosion-resistant steel.
