On the front side of the folder gold foil embossing of the emblem of the FSO of Russia (emblem height 40 mm), the emblem is made symmetrically to the vertical centre line of the address folder at a distance of 40 mm from the upper edge of the folder to the upper cut of the emblem.
Under the emblem is embossed gold foil inscription in two lines in capital letters: "FEDERAL PROTECTION SERVICE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION" (the height of the letters is 5 mm, the distance between the letters is 5 mm). (height of letters 5 mm, line spacing 3 mm) made symmetrically to the vertical centre line of the folder at a distance of 53 mm from the lower edge of the folder to the upper cut of the inscription.
On a spread of a folder on the left side there is an image of the Kremlin embankment, executed by a silver background seal, and an inscription in the upper part in four lines in silver-coloured letters: "Federal Protection Service of the Russian Federation".
