Ethylbenzene technical is obtained by alkylation of benzene with ethylene fraction, intended for synthesis of styrene and propylene oxide. Formula: C8H10.

Ethylbenzene is classified as low-hazardous substance (4th class of hazard according to GOST 12.1.007). Ethylbenzene is produced in 2 grades: 1st grade, highest grade.

Ethylbenzene has a general toxic, narcotic and skin-resorptive effect, strong cumulativity. Ethylbenzene technical is a flammable liquid.
