Each heat exchanger panel is two stamped sheets of 2.5 mm thickness, welded together by roller welding.
As a result, convex-concave surfaces of the required panel configuration are formed, forming cavities in the form of channels, providing high turbulence of the refrigerant flow, which leads to high heat transfer coefficients through the heat exchange surface.
This particular panel design is recognised as the most effective and is characterised by a significant reduction in ammonia intensity compared to similar panel designs based on the connection of steel pipes welded with steel plates.
