Trap Bar (Hex Bar, Trap Bar) - is a type of technical bar, originally designed to perform deadlifts. The bar is made in the shape of a hexagon.
Thanks to this shape, the weight is not shifted forward, but is distributed evenly and is lifted in a vertical position. This reduces the probability of injuries and helps to lift more weight.
The trap bar is made of strong profile tubing. All joints are reinforced with reinforcing plates made of heavy-gauge steel, which makes the frame very strong and rigid.
