If the thickness of the rolled layer is smooth, the dough rolling machine can be used for more viscous compositions, for example, sandy or steep dough. The machine is intended for use in catering establishments.
The reversible movement of the machine's conveyor belts and rolling rollers is controlled by means of a joystick. The metal parts of the dough rolling machine that are in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or polished chrome-plated steel.
For operation, the machine is installed on a level base (floor) without the need for additional mounting.
