Information about the coordinates of the vehicle is stored in the CU memory and transmitted to the subsystem of data reception and processing from on-board devices (PPOD CU) of the toll collection system (TCS) for compensation for damage caused to public roads of federal significance by vehicles with a permitted maximum mass exceeding 12 tonnes.
The CU provides the exchange of information with the Hovercraft PPOD via mobile radio-telephone networks.
