The generator is manufactured in climatic version U category 3 according to GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543-70 for operation at an altitude above sea level not exceeding 1000m.The generator is a three-phase synchronous electric machine with an implicitly pole rotor.
It consists of a stationary part - the stator, which includes the core and winding, and a rotating part - the rotor, on which is placed the excitation winding, powered by direct current. Structural design and method of installation of the turbogenerator - IM 7321 according to GOST 2479.
Protection degree according to GOST IEC 60034-5 for the turbogenerator and brush and contact apparatus - IP55.
